Frequently asked questions
1. How many people can stay in one tent?
You are allowed to stay in a tent with a maximum of two people from different households. If you are from one household, a maximum of two adults and two children are allowed to sleep in the main tent and two children in a children's tent.
2. How long can I stay at East Nomads?
Even if you just want to sleep with us for one night, you are more than welcome. You can stay as long as you want, of course.
3. Where can I park my car?
Cars are not allowed on the site. This is to ensure that everyone can walk around safely and undisturbed. Please park your car in the designated parking area next to the site. Parking is free of charge. We will bring your luggage to your accommodation.
4. Is there wifi available?
Free wifi is available throughout the whole area.
5. From what time can I check in?
Check-in is possible between 15.00 and 20.00 hours. Please choose a time period during the booking process. Later check-in is possible in agreement with the reception.
6. What activities are organised?
Various activities will be organised throughout the week. You will find them soon in the activity list.
7. What time do I have to check out?
You can check out until 10.00 hours. A late check-out is possible.
8. What are the opening hours of the reception?
Reception is open daily from 08.00 to 20.00 hours. We can also be reached via WhatsApp and telephone.
9. Can I light a fire in the tent?
You are allowed to light fires in the designated areas. Due to fire safety it is not allowed to light fires near your own tent.
10. Is it allowed to barbecue?
Barbecuing is allowed on the designated areas. In case of drought, this possibility can be withdrawn by order of the fire service.
11. Am I allowed to invite guests?
Due to the current corona measures, it is not allowed to invite guests.
12. Can I bring my pet?
Huisdieren zijn helaas niet toegestaan. Wel is er heel dichtbij een superfijn dierenpension, waar jij jouw trouwe viervoeter met een gerust hart kunt laten logeren. Je vindt here meer informatie.
13. Are bed linen and towels included?
All accommodations are equipped with bedding, linen and towels.
14. Is there electricity in the accommodation?
Yes, there is a power socket in the accommodation, so you can charge your phone or laptop.
15. Is East Nomads suitable for the disabled?
East Nomads is almost completely wheelchair accessible. Only our sanitary facilities are not at this moment. Would you like to stay with us? Please contact us for the possibilities.
16. Do you ask for a deposit?
We ask a deposit of €100. This will be refunded within two weeks after checking out.
17. Is het mogelijk om babymelk in de koelkast te zetten?
It is possible to use our fridge for baby milk. Please indicate this at reservation.
18. Is it possible to cancel my reservation?
The following conditions apply to cancellations:
❋ 14+ days before arrival: cancellation free of charge
❋ 8-13 days before arrival: 50% cancellation charge
❋ 7 days or less before arrival: 100% cancellation charge
19. What measures has East Nomads taken to make my stay coronaproof?
The grounds of East Nomads are set up in such a way that you can easily keep a meter and a half distance from each other. There are walking lines all over the terrain; these have to be followed at all times. Each accommodation has its own sanitary facilities. These are thoroughly cleaned after each stay. We ask visitors to wash their hands thoroughly and regularly before entering a common area. In addition, guests can disinfect their hands in several places. Please read more.
